APIPP 2026 Spring Partner Meeting

Join APIPP staff and the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe on May 6thth to learn about invasive species in the Adirondack PRISM. APIPP will provide updates on upcoming field projects and highlight a water quality monitoring project. Our partners at the St. Regis Mohawk Tribe Environment Division will lead a field trip to highlight their management work to protect ash stands from emerald ash borer. They will also be learning about the role black ash plays in basket weaving and how to pound a log.
NOTE: The morning session will be in-person and virtual, the afternoon field trip is afternoon only. Please register via Zoom, even if you are planning on attending in-person.

- 12:45 – 1:45: Ash log pounding demonstration
- 1:45-2:00: Pack-up and head over to field site for ash management tour
- 2:00-3:00: Field tour of ash management stands
