2026 Upper St. Lawrence Community BioBlitz
April 12 - April 18

Ready to get outside for Earth Week and contribute important biological observations to science?

Join the 2026 Upper St. Lawrence Community BioBlitz from anywhere in the watershed!
The aim of a BioBlitz is to observe and upload as many species encounters as possible to an iNaturalist project within a set amount of time. Your participation collecting biological data (i.e. observations of local flora and fauna) contributes to environmental research and can be used to inform environmental protection and policy! This BioBlitz is brought to you by the River Institute, City of Cornwall, Raisin Region Conservation Authority, South Nation Conservation, Frontenac Arch Biosphere, Thousand Islands Land Trust, Youth for Climate Action Cornwall, and Bird Friendly Cornwall.
