Fill out this form to indicate your interest in becoming a SLELO PRISM partner.

Partnership Commitments

Beginning in 2026, to maintain partnership status with SLELO PRISM, organizations will now be requested to commit to the following.
Will you or a representative from your organization committ to attending at least TWO partner meetings annually?(Required)
Partner meetings are held three times a year. Dates and locations are polled among participating partners. 
Do you support the goals and objectives outlined on our 2024-2028 Strategic Plan?(Required)
Visit www.sleloinvasives.org and click the RESOURCES tab on the main menu and then select "reports".
Will you inform SLELO PRISM of your organization's invasive species activities?(Required)
This can be accomplished by; 1. Reporting invasive species outreach events. 2. Reporting invasive species management to NYiMapInvasives.org. 3. Participating in an annual (year-end) survey of the invasive species management activities of your organization.
Will you work cooperatively with other partners when your expertise is applicable?(Required)

Upon completing the form, you will be added to our listserv and receive partner meeting invitations, our seasonal newsletter, and other correspondence.
