ABOUT: The Adirondacks are an endless playground for hikers, campers, and mountain bikers. Unfortunately, though, many invasive species are accidentally introduced to new areas on the shoes, tires, pets, boats, and firewood of those coming to recreate in the Adirondack region and beyond.
Join our partners with the Adirondack Park Invasive Plant Program (APIPP) to learn how you can help protect local ecosystems while enjoying the great outdoors this Fall. This workshop will cover best practices for hikers, campers, and mountain bikers to be responsible stewards of the lands they love, while also being on the lookout for top invasive species out on the trail.
