iMapInvasives Training

Pledge to Protect Our Lands and Waters
Invasive species threaten our lands and waters. You can help protect your favorite wild and urban spaces by learning to recognize and report invasive species you encounter while enjoying the outdoors. Join us on Friday, July 19th 11am-2: 30 pm iMapInvasives Training St. Lawrence University Wachtmeister Field Station CO. RD. 27, Canton, NY 13617. Participants will learn to recognize invasive species threatening our region and how to report observations using an online invasive species reporting platform called iMapInavsives.
Prior to the workshop please visit:https://imapinvasives.natureserve.org/imap/login.jsp and set up a free iMap account. If you have a smartphone, please visit the online app store and download the iMapinvasives.org mobile app prior to the workshop.

Bring your own bagged lunch. There will be an outdoor session to engage with the iMapinvasives mobile app so be sure to dress for the weather. If you don’t have a smartphone you are still welcome to attend the outdoor session.
